Feb 26, 2018 Yes the Scalextric track design program is very, very bad. I used Ultimate Racer 3.0. The only issue is it only lets you save a track design with 25 pieces or less - which is no way near enough. The full version lets you save as much as you want, but it's a lot of Euros. The sparse amount of track part libraries 6 is its biggest shortcoming. All NincoDigi-parts are included in Ninco library, as far as I know. On the other hand, IF you like to play with program code and script, UR 3.0 is great for that. It has a vast amount of track parts libraries, both old and new makes. Carrera Layout Track Planner. Carrera Layout Track Planner is a free track planning software for Windows which lets you design race tracks, especially for Formula F1. It comes with some pre-designed race tracks which can be edited by the user as per requirements. It also lets you design a new track from scratch.
